Arrive Alive Guarantee and DOA Policy
In the very rare event one or multiple of your corals does NOT arrive alive. GHI Corals will issue a in-store credit for the purchase price of your corals. This credit will NOT include shipping costs meaning regardless of order amount, shipping will be deducted from the credit. This does NOT apply if a partial DOA occurs. Credits cannot be used towards future shipping costs and can only be used on livestock. All DOA credits will expire 6 months after issue date.
If you are worried about the overall health of your coral(s) at time of arrival. It is best to contact us immediately to document any concerns you may have. GHI Corals may release a discount of credit to you if your coral arrives damaged or dies shortly after delivery. This decision (if applicable) will be at the sole discretion of GHI Corals.
In the event a credit is issued for a DOA coral, the credit will be applied one time only. We do not offer multiple replacement corals on DOA credited corals or replacement corals, additional discounts or sale codes cannot be applied on orders with DOA credit.
GHI Corals reserves the right to void our guarantee in the event that a customer has non reef safe fish or if the customers parameters are not within recommended ranges.
In the event the paying customer gives a false or incorrect shipping address during checkout or purchase, GHI Corals is in no way liable for any DOA claims, additionally GHI Corals is not responsible for any DOA claims or refunds due to shipping delays due to address change, or carrier misplacement or wrongful delivery.
Do not discard DOA corals, remove corals from plugs, refuse the coral shipment from UPS or our guarantee will be void. You must be present at time of first delivery attempt or the guarantee is void.
In the event of a coral arriving dead on arrival, clear, well lit photographs must be e-mailed to us within two hours of the first delivery attempt. Failure to do so will result in void guarantee.
In the event we recommend postponing shipping due to risk of delay and the customer wants the coral(s) shipped anyways, DOA is 100% void with no credit or refund.
In the event and order is delayed for any reason by UPS, it is at the sole discretion of GHI Corals to issue a instore credit. There are NO REFUNDS! If a credit is given due to delay, the credit will not include shipping costs and cannot be used towards future shipping costs.
All sales are final with no refunds.
Shipping Methods, Schedule, and Costs
GHI Corals currently uses UPS Overnight Shipping on all livestock orders. Each order will be carefully packed in a strong insulated box and use heat/cold packs as needed. Most corals shipped out will have in-bag protection to further protect the corals during shipment.
To avoid delays via UPS, GHI Corals only ships Monday-Thursday every week. We can make exceptions to this method if needed. Simply Contact Us to set up what day works best for you. GHI Corals is not responsible for any shipment delays of product. Any credits that may be offered will one at the soul discretion of GHI Corals.

For all orders OVER $299.00 USD shipping is free.
Shipping is currently a $45 flat rate for all orders UNDER $299.00 USD with a $99 minimum coral order. GHI Corals is committed to amazing customer service, if shipping is LESS THAN our $45.00 USD flat rate, GHI Corals will refund the remaining amount to the payment method used. Here at GHI Corals we will NEVER profit from shipping fees.
