Refund Policy

REFUNDS

GHI Corals may, at our discretion, offer a refund for coral orders that have not been packed or shipped. Any refund that may be issued before packing or shipment will be refunded minus any payment fees paid by GHI Corals.

GHI Corals reserves the right to provide refunds for coral orders that have not yet been shipped. If a refund is granted after the corals are packed but before shipment, it will be processed after deducting any payment fees paid by GHI Corals and a 25% restocking fee.
